1 year ago 19

A 44-year-old woman in Bengaluru filed a complaint against her neighbours, stating that she could hear their private conversations and intimate sounds from their bedroom. The woman claimed that it disrupted the peace in her house.

The woman alleged that the couple deliberately kept their window open during their private moments and also claimed that they made inappropriate gestures when she asked them to shut the windows.

The complaint also claimed that the neighbours threatened to rape and murder her and abused the complainant and her family members.

The woman, staying at Avalahalli BDA Layout, also accused the house owner of the couple of supporting them and threatening the complainant.

She claimed that the peace in her house was disrupted because of the neighbours and requested the police to intervene and address the issue.

A complaint was filed against the neighbours, the house owner, and the house owner's son.

The police registered an FIR under IPC Sections 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke), 506 (criminal intimidation), 509 (insult to modesty of woman), and 34 (criminal act with common intention).
