American singing sensation, Taylor Swift, released her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, on April 19. Ever since its release, Swift's ex and British actor Joe Alwyn has been trending on the internet. Swift's fans, who refer to themselves as 'Swifties', have been trolling the British star online as fans assume some of the heartbreaking lyrics from Swift's new album is about her six-year relationship with Joe.

The title track of the album, the song My Boy Only Breaks His Favourite Toys, So Long, London, LOML (Love of My Life), The Alchemy are rumoured to be written by Swift on her long-term relationship with the private London actor.
The song So Long, London is said to be her farewell to both London and Joe Alwyn. According to reports, during their relationship, Swift switched her base to the UK for a while, especially during the pandemic.
Both Swift and Alwyn have not shared any statement about the album yet and whether it has any connection with some of her recent relationships. Swift is currently dating National Football League (NFL) player Travis Kelce.
Earlier, Swift had shared a post about her album on Instagram with a caption that read, "At this hearing, I stand before my fellow members of The Tortured Poets Department with a summary of my findings. Album tonight. Fortnight music video tomorrow at 8pm et (sic)."
