Queens student stabbed outside of high school by group of teens: officials

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11)-- An 18-year-old was attacked and stabbed by a group of teens outside a Queens high school, according to the police.

The victim was leaving the Queens High School of Teaching after the dismal bell when the attack unfolded, a source familiar with the incident told PIX11 News.

The high schooler was stabbed once in the back and twice in the left arm. They were taken to Manhasset Hospital and are expected to survive their injuries. No arrests have been made, and an investigation is currently ongoing, police said.

This is the second reported stabbing at a New York City high school.
