MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) – The Dance Parade, an event showcasing eclectic dance styles from around the world, will be held in the streets of Manhattan on Saturday.
The 18th annual Dance Parade will feature 10,000 dancers and more than 100 styles of dance, according to its website.
The parade will begin around noon at Sixth Avenue and West 17th Street in the Flatiron District. The route will proceed down Sixth Avenue and then head east along 8th Street and St. Marks Place.
The parade will end at Tompkins Square Park in the East Village, where DanceFest will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
