PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A Long Island apparel company prides itself on having a workforce of more than 50% of employees who identify as being on the autism spectrum.

Spectrum Designs had a flag-raising ceremony and open house on Monday to celebrate a record $5.5 million in sales. With the business' success, the management wanted a new ad campaign, so they turned to one of their own to run it.
