Manoj Bajpayee reveals actors used to get Rs 150 conveyance in early days: 'Actors who traveled in their own cars, would get allowance for petrol'

, Manoj reminisced about a time when every bit of extra money mattered. "

was anyway less. Our biggest support used to be

. We used to get Rs 150, and we used to think and plan what we would do with that Rs 150," he revealed.

When asked about whether stars still receive conveyance allowances, Manoj expressed a hint of nostalgia mixed with humour. "Sadly, it's not there (anymore)," he remarked.
Manoj further elaborated on how the industry dynamics have changed over the years, even in terms of basic allowances. "Earlier, even when the actor would travel in their own car, they would get reimbursed for

petrol

. Now they don’t even give that," he added.

Around three decades ago, Manoj travelled to the so-called "
