Man in critical condition after Bronx deli shooting: NYPD

BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – An argument turned violent at a Bronx deli early Sunday morning, leaving one man in critical condition, according to the NYPD. 

A 30-year-old man was shot in the upper right thigh around 4:40 a.m. near a deli on East Tremont Avenue, police said.

He was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition, police said. 

No arrests had been made Sunday morning and police did not know what prompted the shooting, according to the NYPD.
