TIRUPATI:
Jana Sena
candidate and former Chittoor legislator
Arani Sreenivasulu
intensified his
poll campaign
in the temple city of
Tirupati
with less than a month left for the polling day.
He is pitted against
YSRCP
's Bhumana Abhinay Reddy, son of two time Tirupati MLA and two time TTD chairman in a high stakes poll battle at the Tirupati assembly constituency.
During his door to door campaign at Palli Veedhi, Indira nagar, Kummarathopu and Balaji colony localities on Friday, Arani Sreenivasulu urged the people to vote for the
TDP-Jana Sena-BJP
led NDA alliance in order to end the autocratic rule of the YSRCP and bring the state back onto the path of development in the next five years.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of his campaign, the Jana Sena nominee accused the YSRCP of completely sidelining Tirupati constituency development in the last five years.
"Apart from boasting around about new master plan roads, the YSRCP has failed in terms of addressing the sanitation issues plaguing the constituency. Though there are several universities in the city, the passing out students are unable to find employment opportunities because the city has not witnessed any industrial progress in the last five years", Sreenivasulu lamented.
"The NDA alliance is the only hope of the state to undo the ruins unleashed by the YSRCP govt due to its autocratic and unrealistic policies", the Jana Sena nominee observed.
