-- on April 24. Ahead of the official announcement, several leaks and rumours about the upcoming smartphone series have already surfaced revealing key details like chipset, camera, battery and more about the upcoming devices.
On the day of launch, Vivo’s sub-brand has confirmed to launch the iQoo Z9 and iQoo Z9 Turbo.
However, a recent report claims that the company could also launch the iQoo Z9x during the event.

As mentioned, several leaks and rumours related to the Z9 series have surfaced online revealing key details about the upcoming smartphones.
According to the reports, the iQoo Z9 5G is expected to be powered by
MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset
. The smartphone is expected to offer up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Moreover, the handset is speculated to come with an AMOLED display with 1800 nits of brightness and a 300Hz touch sampling rate.
Apart from this, the handset is set to come in two colour options -- Brushed Green and Graphene Blue. The phone is expected to be backed by a 5000mAh battery with fast charging support.
Other features that the phone is expected to offer are a dual rear camera setup, 80W fast charging, 144Hz refresh rate and more.
iQoo, however, has confirmed that the Z9 Turbo will feature a 6000mAh battery and will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.
It is important to note that the specification of the phone is merely speculation, the company hasn’t yet officially announced the phone or confirmed the details.
