Enforcement Directorate summons AAP leader Durgesh Pathak in Delhi liquor policy case

More trouble for Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) as the party's Goa MLA Durgesh Pathak, who was also the party in-charge during the assembly polls in the state, was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday in connection with Delhi liquor policy case.

This is the second time that Durgesh Pathak, who is in-charge of the AAP's organisation building team, has been summoned by the ED. Earlier, he was summoned in 2022. Sources at the time told India Today that during searches the AAP leader was present inside the Mumbai home of the liquor policy case, accused Vijay Nair. The probe agency had summoned Durgesh Pathak to extract digital evidence and to question him regarding his association with Nair.
