Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal informed the Enforcement Directorate on Monday that he was ready to appear before it for questioning but via video conferencing. The Enforcement Directorate had issued an eighth summon to Kejriwal in February, asking him to appear for questioning on March 4. But the AAP chief skipped the latest summon too saying the Delhi government would be presenting its budget on the said day.
