Allari Naresh clarifies rumors about his role in Jr. NTR starrer 'Devara'

', but also due to rumours surrounding his involvement in the much-anticipated pan-India project '

In a recent interview with Gulte, Naresh dismissed these rumours, expressing surprise at the speculation and affirming that he had not been approached for any role in 'Devara.' He clarified that the rumours were false and he was not part of the project, putting an end to the swirling gossip.

While Naresh expressed openness to collaborating with top Telugu heroes like Jr. NTR, as he also had successfully co-starred with

Mahesh Babu

in 'Maharshi' and

Nagarjuna

in 'Na Sami Ranaga', in the past, he stated that there was no truth to his involvement in 'Devara.'

Directed by Koratala Siva, 'Devara' also features Bollywood stars Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in their Telugu debut roles. The film is expected to deliver an action-packed drama which will be released on October 10th after facing a couple of delays.
Meanwhile, Allari Naresh's own film, 'Aa Okkati Adakku', directed by Malli, is gearing up for its theatrical release on May 3rd. The comedy-drama film is based on Allari Naresh's character Gana who finds himself in a difficult position after a prophecy is made that if he does not get married in the coming 25 days, he will have remain a bachelor.
