5 killed as vehicle rolls into gorge in J&K

JAMMU: Five persons were killed and another five injured on Saturday when the Maruti Eeco car they were travelling in rolled into a deep gorge at Khanpura-Phagsoo area in Doda district of Jammu & Kashmir, police said.
Giving details, an official of Sub-District Hospital Thathri said the

accident

occurred at around 7.15pm. "The deceased have been identified as Mukhtiyar Ahmed (28), Riyaz Ahmed, Ireena Begum, Mohd Rafi and a baby girl,” the official said.

The injured have been admitted to Govt Medical College in Doda for treatment.
