Prasad Jawade

may not love the pace of the city compared to the fast life in Mumbai, but the actor says he loves Pune from the bottom of his heart. The fact that his wife, actress

Amruta Deshmukh

has the same feelings for the city just adds to the equation. The couple, that got married in November last year, shares a special bond with the city. “When we started dating, both of us were in Pune for a while.

So, our initial dates happened in the city,” shares Amruta, adding, “Our

first date

was on Vetal tekdi and it is easily the most memorable one for the both of us.”
Prasad agrees and says, “We drove up the tekdi and went for a walk. I had got some coffee along and we chatted a lot. It was special and neither of us will forget it.” While both of them are working this Valentine’s Day, given a chance there’s one thing they would love to do. “If things fall in place, we would love to recreate that tekdi date,” says Prasad. Amruta, on her part, shares that Prasad is a

romantic person

and is excited about Valentine’s Day. “This will be our first

V-Day

as a

married couple

. It was on V-Day last year that Prasad had proposed marriage and so many things have happened in a year’s time,” she says.
