WNS opens new global delivery centre in Hyderabad with 1,399 employees

HYDERABAD: Global business process management solutions provider WNS (Holdings) Limited has opened its new

global delivery centre

at Nanakramguda in Hyderabad with 1399 employees.
The facility, which is spread over 60,000 sq ft, has a capacity to accommodate around 500 people in one shift.
The facility is a part of WNS’ global delivery network and will focus on building and delivering

industry-led digital solutions

across sectors, such as shipping and logistics, healthcare, BFSI (banking, financial services & insurance), and high-tech and professional services, WNS said.

WNS Group CEO Keshav R Murugesh said the move showcases the company’s "committment to deliver exceptional services by leveraging the city’s skilled workforce and vibrant culture of innovation”.

“The expansion allows WNS to enhance our tailored solutions, providing clients with the optimal mix of services, talent, location, and technology. Hyderabad’s unique capabilities, supported by its skilled workforce and strong governmental backing, presents exciting opportunities for growth in the IT-BPM sector,” Murugesh said.
With this, Hyderabad joins other cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Indore, Mumbai, Nashik, Noida, Pune and Vizag where WNS’ delivery centers are located in India. The BPM player has over 39,700 employees across 25 offices in India.
