The Atlanta Falcons successfully reloaded on defense through the draft, addressing their biggest need with two first-round edge rushers. Rookies Jalon Walker and James Pearce Jr. will look to turn around one of the NFL's least-imposing pass rushes.

As we look ahead to the 2025 NFL season, Falcons fans are wondering if this will be the year the team finally snaps its seven-year playoff drought. With a loaded offense, led by second-year quarterback Michael Penix Jr., and revamped defense, Atlanta should make some noise this season.

While the 2025 NFL schedule won't be released until May 14, we know which teams Atlanta will face this season. Per analyst Warren Sharp, check out the strength of schedule for each team in 2025, ranked from easiest to hardest:
