Telangana State Public Service Commission
(TSPSC) Group 1 recruitment preliminary exam is scheduled to be conducted on
June 9, 2024
, according to the notice released by the TSPSC.
The
TSPSC Group 1 recruitment
aims to fill
563 vacancies
of various posts in Group 1 services in the Telangana State Public Services. Some of the posts are Deputy Collector, Commercial Tax Officer, Regional Transport Officer, District Panchayat Officer (Panchayat services) and others.
The online registration round was open from February 23 till March 14, 2024.

TSPSC Group 1 recruitment 2024: Prelims Exam Pattern
The
TSPSC Exam 2024
comprises two stages in its selection process: Prelims and Mains. The Prelims exam is conducted in a computer-based recruitment test (CBRT Mode). Meanwhile, the Mains exam consists of 6 descriptive papers along with a qualifying English language paper. Each paper in the main exam has a duration of 3 hours.

The syllabus for the
TSPSC Group 1 Prelims Exam
includes a wide range of exam-relevant topics. These include General Science and Mental Ability, Current Affairs, International Relations, Environment and Disaster Management, Economic and Social Development, Geography, Indian History and Cultural Heritage, Indian Constitution, Political Governance, Public Policy, Telangana State Policies, Telangana Heritage, Arts and Literature, and Social Exclusion, which includes caste, tribe, gender, and disability.
