TIRUPATI: Former chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu offered prayers at the ancient

Penchalakona temple

near Rapur in Tirupati district on Friday.
In the middle of his hectic electioneering schedule, Naidu reached Gonepalli village from Undavalli in a helicopter and drove to the Penchalakona temple, where he was accorded a traditional welcome by the officials and priests of the temple.

Penusila Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy for a brief while and was later on rendered Vedasirvachanam by the

temple priests

Former state minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy, ex union minister Panabaka Lakshmi, Srikalahasti in-charge Bojjala Sudheer Reddy and others took part.
