Rajkummar Rao and Jyotika's biopic film 'Srikanth' is seeing growth at the box office. On Day 2, the film earned an estimated Rs 4 crore. The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 6.25 crore.
According to trade reports,'Srikanth' collected Rs 2.25 crore on its opening day. It released in theatres on May 10. With Rs 4 crore on Day 2, the total collection stands at Rs 6.25 crore. The figures are early estimates and the official numbers are still awaited.
'Srikanth' clashed with 'Kingdom Of The Planet Of The Apes' which has done a similar business at the box office. 'Srikanth' is directed by Tushar Hiranandani and features Rajkummar Rao, Jyotika, Alaya F, Jyothika, Sharad Kelkar, and others. The film is expected to benefit from positive word-of-mouth.

‘Srikanth’ is based on the life and journey of visually-impaired industrialist Srikanth Bolla. Rajkummar Rao plays the titular character in the film.
‘Srikanth’ also features Jyotika and Alaya F. Produced by T-Series and Chalk N Cheese Films Production LLP, the movie is directed by Tushar Hiranandani and written by Jagdeep Sidhu and Sumit Purohit.
