Smorgasburg NYC announces opening dates for 2024 season

NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) -- New York City's largest weekly open-air food market is returning next month.

Smorgasburg will reopen for the season starting on April 5. Over 70 vendors are listed on the food market's website including Dough, BiBi Bakery, Red Hook Lobster Pound, and many more.

The food market first launched in May 2011 as a spinoff of Brooklyn Flea and has platformed hundreds of food and drink vendors from around the world.

Brooklyn Night Market to return for its 3rd season

"From this platform, many have found success as multi-year, stalwart vendors — as well as gone on to thrive as brick and mortar shops, restaurants and packaged goods brands," according to the market.

Here's a list of this season's Smorgasburg dates and locations:

Smorgasburg WTC

  • Opening date: Friday, April 5th
  • Operating day: Fridays
  • Where: The Oculus

Williamsburg

  • Opening date: Saturday, April 6th
  • Operating day: Saturdays
  • Where: Marsha P. Johnson State Park, 90 Kent Ave, Brooklyn

Prospect Park

  • Opening date: Sunday, April 7th
  • Operating day: Sundays
  • Where: Breeze Hill, Brooklyn
