In March 2021, Priyank Sharma and Shaza Morani exchanged vows in a Christian-style wedding ceremony held in the Maldives.

Several pictures and videos from the fun wedding ceremony were doing the rounds on social media at the time. In a video capturing the wedding ceremony, Shraddha was observed giving a heartfelt toast, reminiscing about the inception of Priyank and Shaza's relationship and extending her congratulations to the couple. Another video showcased Priyank thoroughly enjoying himself with his groomsmen, engaging in lively dance moves. The joyous celebration continued as the couple jointly cut a three-tier wedding cake. They shared pieces with each other and also offered a portion to Priyank's mother, Padmini Kolhapure.

Priyank and Shaza had initially planned a Hindu wedding ceremony in Mumbai. Unfortunately, due to the restrictions imposed on the number of wedding guests allowed at functions in Maharashtra at that time due to Covid, the couple and their families made the decision to postpone the rituals. Confirming this development, Shaza's uncle, Mohammed Morani, conveyed to ETimes, "We respect the law and will not put anybody at risk."
