Vibha Harish founded a plant-based nutrition brand, drawing from her personal health journey to inspire others in achieving holistic well-being. Vibha shares that she was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 12. Her journey pushed her onto a path of natural healing, where she explored the transformative potential of herbalism and Ayurveda. Anupam reveals that he has tried the plant based protein of their brand.
Namita indicates her intention to make an offer as well. Peyush, visibly irritated, remarks, "We ask all the relevant questions, and you come in the end to make an offer." Despite this, Namita proposed offering the pitchers Rs 1 crore in exchange for 1 per cent equity, affirming, "You know who the right partner is."

Vibha and Soorya's ask is Rs 1 crore for 1 percent Equity. However, Namita and Anupam join hands and they offer Rs 1 crore for 2% Equity + 1 percent Royalty until Rs 2 crores is recouped. Peyush, who was not showing any interest until now, jumps in and offers Rs 1 crore for 1 percent Equity + 1 percent Royalty until Rs 2 crores is Recouped. Peyush continues to negotiate but Anupam keeps interrupting him and says, "Peyush chahte hain aap technology company bane, you have to decide apni company banani hai or work for Peyush."

Peyush Bansal displayed significant interest in the products presented by pitchers Vibha and Soorya. In his efforts to secure the deal, he became involved in a heated argument with Anupam Mittal and Namita Thapar.
Peyush in his defense says that he made his offer and did not criticise Anupam's offer, but the latter criticising others which is kiddish. Anupam says, "Tum bol rahe usko technology company banaoge yaar." Anupam backs out and it is a fight between Namita and Peyush. Namita gives her counter offers Rs 1 crore for 1.5 percent Equity + 1 percent Royalty until Rs 1 Crore is Recouped. She says, "It is an extremely sweet deal for getting a healthcare expert on your board." After listening to Namita's offer, Peyush also changes his offer. Namita also changes her offer to Rs 1 crore for 1 percent + 1 percent Royalty until Rs 1 crore is recouped. The deal gets stuck on the royalty part but Vibha and Soorya make their decision and finally do the deal with Namita.
Namita tells Soorya and Vibha they made the right choice, but Peyush, who is miffed, calls it the worst choice.
