Aman is not happy with their industry numbers and he is out of the deal. Anupam proposes a deal with Amit saying, “he understands refurbishing”.

Amit and Anupam offer: Rs 2 cr for 1% equity + Rs 100 per unit sold as royalty until Rs 4 cr is recouped.
Vineeta makes an offer for “Rs 2 cr for 0.5% equity + 1.5% royalty until Rs 4 cr is recouped.”

They give a counter offer and wish all the three

to come together. They don’t wish to give royalty. Anupam makes them understand why they are asking for royalty and the importance of numbers. Vineeta says, “Aap aapki maths theek karo. Hum bina royalty ke nahi ayenge.” After much discussion, the Sharks pull out their deal.
Amit still tries to figure out and make another counter offer and Vineeta and Anupam also agree to join. Finally the deal takes place with: Rs 2 cr for 1% equity + 1% royalty until Rs 3 cr is recouped.

The third

pitcher

of the day is

face yoga

instructor

Vibhuti Arora

. She enters the stage and asks the Sharks to do a face yoga. During the technique, she tells them to remember their lover, who they didn’t get married to.
All the Sharks are left in splits. After the face yoga, Anupam Mittal tells her, “Aap pitch karne ayi hai ya ghar tudwane?”
Her ask is: Rs 1.5 cr for 5% equity.
Anupam says that it is a very confident pitch. Vibhuti says, “I wasn’t always like this. I had Lupus, a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by inflammation of the skin, joints and organs.”
Vibhuti shows are before pictures and the Sharks are amazed to see her transformation.
The Sharks learn more about her techniques and products. Vineeta says the packaging doesn’t have ingredients mentioned. Vibhuti says, “It’s in the box and not on the bottles but I will take this feedback.” Vineeta says, “The packaging is disappointing.”
Namita feels there’s no differentiator in her brand owing to her sales numbers.
Vineeta tells her to work more on her products and then she will be investible.
Vibhuti doesn’t get any deal.
