'See you soon outside...': AAP leader Manish Sisodia writes emotional letter from jail

Manish Sisodia

on Friday wrote an emotional letter addressing the people of his Patparganj constituency.
He is currently lodged in Tihar Jail in the alleged Delhi excise police scam.
AAP shared the letter on its official X handle.

The former Delhi deputy chief minister thanked people for caring for his ailing wife.

Emphasising on education, the former minister said, "Just like people fought Britishers for independence, you guys are fighting for your kids' education. Just like Britishers were driven out of the country, I believe our kids will too receive quality education soon."
Sisodia also invoked historical figures like Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela to emphasise on his point of quality education for national development.
He ended the letter by promising to meet his constituents soon.
Sisodia was arrested by the CBI on February 26 last year and will be produced for bail hearing tomorrow.
