The result declaration notice notice on the official website states, "Results for Round-1 have been published. These results are subject to outcome of judgment in Writ Petition No 4371 of 2024 filed in Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay."

Steps after release of Sainik School seat allotment result
Students who have been successfully shortlisted and assigned seats in various
Sainik Schools
, following today's announcement of results, are required to confirm their admission by accepting the allocated school before the deadline of 10 AM on April 10, 2024.
According to the schedule, the deadline for submitting documents and fees is April 27. Admissions to Sainik schools in 2024, including the existing 33 and newly approved schools under the 40% and 60% routes, will be conducted through
e-counselling
based on AISSEE 2024 merit. A total of 19 new Sainik schools were recently approved.
The Sainik School Society, further clarified on its website that the admission to Sainik School is free of charge. Selected candidates must pay the school fee at their respective Sainik schools. Further, that the Sainik School Society has not authorised any third parties for this purpose. Candidates are advised to be wary of scammers.
