New Delhi: A 32-year-old man was stabbed to death allegedly by robbers at DDA Park in east Delhi’s Madhu Vihar on Saturday. The victim's family has claimed that he was stabbed more than 25 times.
Four people have been

in the case.
Narender, the victim, lived with his family in Mandawali and worked as a delivery executive. He had allegedly gone to the park near IP Extension with his friend to consume alcohol.
DCP (east) Apoorva Gupta said they had registered a case and were investigating the roles of the people arrested.

Police said they received a PCR call about the incident at 12.46 am on Saturday.
"Narender stepped out with his friend, Rahul Mishra, after 9pm on Friday. Both of them moved around 2-3 places before arriving at DDA Park. A group of four men rushed towards them at the park and restrained Narender using a handkerchief,” his brother Arun alleged, adding that Narender’s bag and mobile phone were

stolen

too.
Mishra fled from the spot fearing for his life, Arun said. He claimed that his brother’s face was also stabbed in an inhumane manner.
Narender, who had an MBA degree from a college in Gujarat, resigned from his job a week ago. He had been attending job interviews for the last few days while also working as a motorcycle taxi driver or delivering food to earn extra income.
He had been married for five years, and leaves behind a 3-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son.
