Registration opens for New York City hiring hall in June

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- The Mayor's Office of the City of New York announced its monthly resource fair and hiring hall will be held on Wednesday, June 18.

Job seekers will have the opportunity to meet private employers across the city and access workforce development training and programs.

On-the-spot interviews are not guaranteed, but job seekers are asked to bring a photo ID and several copies of their resume to give to employers.

The hiring hall runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., but attendees must register and attend one of four timeslots. Doors close at 1:30 p.m.
