A video of Rafique is doing the rounds where he can be seen accusing Divya of not paying him his one percent brokerage.
Rafique Merchant has accused Divya Agarwal of failing to pay his 1 percent

brokerage fee

after he assisted in selling her apartment. Rafique claims that Divya adhered to all the procedures and attended all the meetings up until the flat was sold.
In his message to Divya, Rafique says, "You attended the meeting and registration, but afterwards, you stopped responding to my calls and blocked me on messages and DMs. Why are you behaving this way? Apurva Padgaonkar, you are also a well-known celebrity and a successful businessman. Why are you doing this?"

He continued, "Why are you withholding what is rightfully ours? You can go ahead and do as you please, but don't take away our livelihood. Please release my 1 percent brokerage." In the video, Rafique further mentions that Divya and Apurva claimed they did not make any profit from the sale of the flat.
Rafique asks, "What can I do about this? We assisted you when you wanted to buy, and we helped you when you wanted to sell." The
