is set to expand its

X-series

with two new smartphones. The Poco X6 and the X6 Pro models are officially launching in India in the coming week. The company has already confirmed some of the specs about the upcoming smartphones. However, Poco is yet to unveil other key features about the X6 series which includes camera, display and battery.
As per a recent post shared by Poco India on social media platform X, the Pro variant in the upcoming lineup will be the first phone in India to launch with Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS skin based on

However, the vanilla Poco X6 model may run Android 14-based MIUI out-of-the-box.

Poco X6 series: Confirmed specs
The company has already confirmed that the

Poco X6 Pro

smartphone will be powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset. On the other hand, the vanilla Poco X6 model will feature the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC.

A microsite of the Poco X6 series has been listed on Flipkart which reveals that the smartphones will come equipped with the

2.0 gaming optimisation. This new technology claims to offer faster loading times, smoother gameplay and more accurate reactions while playing mobile titles.
For heat management, the Poco X6 series smartphones will feature a stainless steel 5000mm2 vapour chamber. The Pro variant may even pack up to 12GB RAM and 512GB built-in storage.
Apart from this, the Poco X6 series models are rumoured to sport 120Hz displays. For photography, both smartphones may house a 64MP main camera sensor with OIS support. The upcoming smartphones are also expected to support 67W fast charging and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
