. Simpson, famously acquitted of the murder of his ex-wife
Nicole Brown Simpson
and her friend
Ronald Goldman
in 1995, passed away in Las Vegas on Wednesday.
Simpson's life was known by both
legal scandal
and athletic success.
Before finding success in the NFL (National Football League), he rose to prominence as a college football player and was known as "The Juice" for his exceptional skill on the field. But after his well-reported trial and acquittal on murder charges, his legacy became linked to the legal system.
On April 10th, our father, Orenthal James Simpson, succumbed to his battle with cancer.
He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren.

prostate cancer
, one of the most common cancers among men, arises in the prostate gland, a vital part of the male reproductive system. While often slow-growing and treatable, it can also be aggressive and deadly if left unchecked. Symptoms may include urinary issues, pain, or blood in the urine.
