Off-duty NYPD officers arrested for strangulation: NYPD

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) -- Two New York City employees were arrested on multiple charges, including strangulation in the second degree on Monday morning, according to the NYPD.

Alex Lall, 24, and Shaye Lall, 24, were arrested at around 7:08 a.m., police said.

Other charges include endangering the welfare of a child and assault in the third degree. Alex Lall was also charged with harassment in the second degree.

The NYPD says this is a domestic incident.
