NEW YORK (PIX11) – The MTA is encouraging customers to tell it how they feel about service during its 2025 spring survey.
The survey was launched on Monday. Customers who use the subway system, LIRR or Metro-North are invited the take part in the survey, according to the MTA.
“These surveys are essential for the MTA to understand what is working and where we can focus on to improve the customer journey,” said MTA Chief Customer Officer Shanifah Rieara in a statement to PIX11 News.
The survey comes in nine languages and users who need additional help can schedule a time to take it at 844-465-7471, according to the MTA. It should take between 10 to 15 minutes to take, the agency said.
The last survey the MTA conducted in the fall received over 80,000 responses, officials said.
Customers reported feeling safer on subways and buses and overall satisfaction with the LIRR and Metro-North in the fall survey, according to the MTA.

Anyone who takes the survey can enter for a chance to win one of 50 OMNY cards worth $100 each, according to the MTA.
