Moushumi Chatterjee

is known for long body of work in Hindi and Bengali cinema - movies like 'Manzil', Roti Kapda Aur Makaan', 'Angoor' and many more. Usually known for being quite sweet, Moushumi recently left everyone surprised as she funnily took a dig at

Jaya Bachchan

. The veteran actress attended a Critics Choice Award ceremony in Mumbai and while she was on the

red carpet

and the

paps

asked her to pose, she said, "I'm much better than Jaya Bachchan."
While posing for them, she further added, "Agar aap log nahi hote toh hamara kya hota?"

Jaya Bachchan is largely known for not liking the

paparazzi

for taking her pictures.

She usually is seen schooling them, asking them to not scream, call her 'ma'am' and treat with respect. On rare occasions, Jaya Bachchan also wins hearts as she smiles for the paps but her relationship with the paps along with fun banter literally wins the internet. Once Jaya Bachchan had also gotten angry on the paps for calling Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, just 'Aishwarya'.
On work front for Moushumi, the actress was last seen in Shoojit Sircar's '

Piku

' where she shared screen space with

Amitabh Bachchan

,

Deepika Padukone

and Irrfan Khan.
