BAREILLY: A minor girl was allegedly raped by two youths in the Faridpur
police
station area of
Bareilly
, leaving her in a critical condition, the police reported on Saturday. The accused tied the girl's hands and legs before throwing her under a trolley and fleeing the scene.
The police reached the spot after being informed about the alleged crime and rescued the minor from under the trolley.
It took a considerable amount of time for the girl to regain consciousness, after which she recounted her traumatic experience to her family members.
A complaint was registered against the accused.
Bareilly Police
said that they are seeking to apprehend three
individuals
, one of whom is a
woman
, in connection with a suspected
gang rape
of a
15-year-old girl
in this area. The young girl disappeared from her residence on Thursday evening and was discovered beneath a tractor trolley on Friday, with her hands and legs bound behind her.
"The family members of the minor in the police complaint have alleged that a woman of the village made the girl speak with a man over phone on Thursday evening.
"The man, also a resident of the area, called the minor to a secluded spot where he and another man gang-raped the minor," said

(CO) Gaurav Singh.
Later, the two individuals reportedly bound the girl's hands and legs before escaping from the location. The family members found the girl on Friday afternoon, and she informed them about what she had gone through.
Efforts are being made to identify the third accused and apprehend the trio, according to the CO.
