NEW DELHI: A massive fire erupted in a factory in Delhi's Alipur on Monday morning, officials said.
According to the
Delhi Fire
Service department, 34 fire engines were dispatched to the scene to extinguish the leaping flames.
"A fire broke out at a factory in Alipur. 34 fire tenders at the spot," the Fire Services Department informed.
A witness from the area says," Fire broke out around 5am, as of now there is no information of any casualties...
short circuit could be the reason for the fire. This is a godown of fridge and clothes"
Officials are actively working to control the fire, assuring no casualties or injuries.
