Yeah, I’m old. Gilligan’s Island was an afternoon staple on WTCG (which became TBS) when I was growing up. The hapless Gilligan and the Skipper saved the Minnow during a terrible storm by sheer luck. I hope the Legislature has the same luck with P.E.R.S.
