JAMSHEDPUR: An armed squad of the CPI (Maoist) killed a 35-year-old rural medical practitioner after branding him a police
informer
at Bandabera village in Jharkhand's West Singhbhum on Friday evening. Police learnt of the murder on Saturday, following which a team visited the spot and recovered the body of Jiten Laguri. A probe was launched and sleuths were trying to identify the murderers, SP Ashutosh Shekhar said.
