understand

movies of widely acclaimed filmmaker Christopher Nolan, as they are often extremely confusing and surprising. In an interview, he was asked about his impression of Hollywood filmmakers.
While chatting with Ranveer Allahbadia, Manoj said that filmmaker Nolan, known for global hits like '

Oppenheimer

', 'Tenet', 'Interstellar', and 'Inception', makes mind-bending movies that he never understands the concept of.

The actor struggles to understand the concept of time and still tries to learn, read, and understand it. He could not grasp his latest hit and Academy Award-winning film 'Oppenheimer'. He admits that he would have understood the film better if his concepts of time and physics were clear.

Manoj further talked about watching Christopher Nolan’s '

Dunkirk

', about World War 2, and was a bit disturbed as the concept of war always disturbs him. He added that when he did the film '

LOC

', he was bothered, as in war films, people die and they kill each other. He says that soldiers in sensitive borders would say the same.

The actor shared an incident where he had a word with a soldier. He asked him if the soldiers on the borders talk to each other. He revealed that they talk whenever there is a ceasefire, but there is no option once the ceasefire ends. They have to fight each other. The energy and atmosphere of war are different. The actor always feels at the brink of it and gets disturbed.
His 100th film, 'Bhaiyya Ji', is currently playing in cinemas.
