Man hits man with brass knuckles after cleaner sprayed at him on No. 2 subway: NYPD

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – Two men were arrested after they got into a fight with each other on a northbound No. 2 subway in the Bronx Thursday morning, according to the NYPD.

The incident happened around 5 a.m. near the 149th Street and Grand Concourse subway station. Police said a 50-year-old man got into a verbal argument with a 27-year-old man when it turned physical.

The 50-year-old man is accused of spraying Lysol at the 27-year-old man, according to authorities. The 27-year-old man then hit the 50-year-old man in the face with brass knuckles, causing a laceration, police said.

Officers at the station saw the 50-year-old man bleeding as he got off the train, according to authorities.

Both men were arrested. The 50-year-old man was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, police said.
