Man fatally struck by Hudson-Bergen Light Rail: NJ Transit

BAYONNE, N.J. (PIX11) – A man was fatally struck by the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Sunday morning, according to NJ Transit. 

The man was trespassing near the Richart Street station when he was struck around 6:40 a.m., NJ Transit officials said.

More Local News

Service was suspended between Richard Street and Liberty State Park on the Bayonne branch and will be replaced with buses, officials said. All service resumed just before 10 a.m.
