QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) – A man was arrested on Thursday after a drunk man was shoved onto subway tracks in Queens, sources told PIX11 News.

Police said Joshua Massaro, 30, was charged with assault in connection to the May 22 incident.

A 39-year-old man was pushed onto southbound E train tracks at the Sutphin Boulevard and Archer Avenue subway station around 4:40 a.m., according to authorities. Sources said the victim was intoxicated at the time.

The victim was taken to a local hospital, according to authorities.
