A responding officer reviewed surveillance video of Mr. Gabrielli going through a bedroom of a family member without her permission.

She reported having over $3,000 in cash missing, along with several pieces of jewelry. Police say the items were later recovered on Gabrielli.

The next day, Gambino's grandsons, Frankie and John Gotti, took matters into their own hands, according to officials, and landed behind bars.

The NYPD responded to 84th Street in Queens and witnessed the Gotti's attacking Gabrielli at his home, kicking and punching him.
