, joined BJP on Monday, reported.
On Monday afternoon Geeta, accompanied by her husband, who was held guilty in a multi-crore coal mining scam, arrived at BJP's office to join the party in the presence of state BJP chief Babulal Marandi and LoP Amar Kumar Bauri, among others.

"People are increasingly reposing their faith in PM Modi and BJP. Meanwhile, family-based parties like Congress find their base shrinking. I was uncomfortable with Congress' working, they haven't taken corrective steps, which made me to join BJP," Geeta added.
