Jewelry store burglarized for $650K in Manhattan: NYPD

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) – Police are seeking a man they say stole $650,000 worth of jewelry from a business on Wednesday, May 29.

The robbery happened at around 4:26 a.m. at Cellini Jewelers, located at 430 Park Avenue, according to the NYPD.

The suspect forced his way into the store and fled in a black Volkswagen Jetta, police said. He is described as 5’11’’ and was last seen wearing a black bucket hat, black and red jacket, and black pants and sneakers.
