at the polling booth. Jaya Bachchan is also an MP and is often seen attending parliamentary sessions.
Previously, Amitabh Bachchan had urged people to exercise their right to vote and had shared, "Tomorrow is your day for Vote Mumbai/Maharashtra.

Many other celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Farhan Akhtar, Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao had cast their vote early in the morning at their respective booths.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was also seen at the polling booth, waiting in teh queue to cast her vote. The actress returned home on Sunday, after slaying at the Cannes Film Festival red carpet with two stunning looks. She attended the festival despite injuring her right wrist. During all her appearances, Aishwarya was seen with a cast and is reportedly scheduled to undergo a surgery later this week.
