India's security dynamics involves multi-faceted threats, says Air Chief Marshal at OTA

Officers Training Academy

, highlighted the evolving nature of

warfare

shaped by new technologies and innovative doctrines. Addressing the young officers, he underscored the need for multi-domain capabilities and the ability to execute operations simultaneously in condensed timeframes in response to India's multifaceted

security threats

and challenges.

"As future operators of these highly potent systems, you need to be fully conversant with them, and this can be achieved only through rigorous training, dedication, and a professional approach," said Air Chief Marshal Chaudhari, acknowledging the country's investment in next-generation war-fighting machines.
The Air Chief Marshal urged the new officers to stay abreast of technological advancements, considering their entry into the noble profession at a time when India is on the cusp of a

technological transformation

. He emphasized the importance of developing an understanding of the complex and dynamic world through the study of

military history

,

geo-politics

, and international affairs.
Quoting Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, Chaudhari highlighted the nation's expectation of exceptional professionalism and unquestioned integrity from the officers. He urged them to maintain the highest standards of personal conduct and moral values, reflecting the dignity and pride of being in the profession of arms.

A total of 184 officer cadets and 36 women cadets were commissioned into various arms and services of the Indian Army after successfully completing rigorous training at the Officers Training Academy. Additionally, three officer cadets and six women cadets from friendly foreign countries completed their training, fostering bonds of camaraderie and cooperation across international borders.
During the ceremony, Air Chief Marshal Chaudhari presented the sword of honor and silver medal to AUO Aryan Shahi, the OTA gold medal to ACA Shauryan Thapa, and the bronze medal to BCA Saranya M, recognizing their exceptional achievements during training.
