In an inspiring post on X, IAS officer Sonal Goel reflected on her journey towards achieving her dream of joining civil services. Sonal shared a picture of her UPSC Civil Services 2007 Mains marksheet in the post on February 22.

The post, which quickly garnered attention online, detailed her experiences from an initial setback in her first attempt at the UPSC Civil Services Examination in 2007 to her triumphant success in May 2008.

In her post, she highlighted that despite falling short of receiving an interview call due to low marks in General Studies papers during her first attempt, Sonal's determination remained unshaken.
