Mamaearth co-founder Ghazal Alagh shared a thought-provoking post that offered insight into the essence of outstanding leadership.
"Do you know what kind of leaders stand out the most?" Alagh posed the question, setting up the comments section of the post for a discussion on leadership qualities that have a lasting impact.
According to her, it's those leaders who "believe that they are working on the most important thing in the world".
Alagh emphasised the power of conviction, describing it as intoxicating—a force capable of inspiring and motivating others to action.
