’s pre-wedding bash, where several industrialists, business tycoons, and celebrities from across the world have joined the Ambani family to celebrate the pre-wedding bash of the young couple, we got talking to

Chef Vaibhav Bhargava

, who is one of the Station Chefs planning the whole menu for Day 3.

In an exclusive conversation with Times Food, Chef Vaibhav disclosed, “It's a world cuisine menu from around the world. There is a variety of

dumplings

in the Day 3 menu and includes Chinese Cabbage Wrapped Vegan Dumplings, Cantonese Chilli, Spicy Mushroom Gyoza, Edible Gold Dumplings made with cream cheese and water chestnut and truffle chilli oil, Crispy Tofu Katsu Bao, Enoki Tempura Bao with dipping sauces.”
Apart from these dumplings, the snacks for the evening include dishes like “Thai Lotus Root Chips, Yuzu Sour Cream, Togarashi, Hot & Spicy Edamame, Avocado Pizza, Truffle, Open Nori Taco (made with Sushi Rice, Ooba Leaf, Edamame & Corn Tartare, and Tanuki), Herb Crusted Stuffed Morels (Basil Chilli Mushroom Pate, Thai Curry and Truffle), and Crunchy Avocado Roll.
The menu is not just limited to these, as the chef disclosed some of the desserts being served to the guests, which include traditional Indian desserts as well. From Tender Coconut, Chhena Poda, Mango Steamed Sandesh, and Orange Rabdi Brulee, to Lychee Ice Cream, Salt Caramel Ice Cream, Forest Berries Ice Cream, Charcoal Lychee Ice Cream, and Rum Bal; these are some of the selected desserts that the guests will enjoy.
