Super important. If you wish to live longer you need to have a healthy lifestyle. And nothing is better than adding a few extra years to your life.

I don't care about just looking fit for the sake of it. I prefer feeling healthy and energetic from within.
What is your diet plan from morning till night?

I don’t follow a particular plan. I try to eat as healthy as possible. I don’t believe in calorie counting. But I make sure I have 4 good

home-cooked meals

throughout the day.
What is your workout/exercise schedule?
I train 6 days a week. Morning one and a half hours of strength training and 45 mins of cardio in the evening.
What special measures do you take to stay fit?
I drink plenty of water. Limit my sugar intake whenever possible. Get a deep tissue massage once every 2 weeks.
